Dance Competitions SA was founded in 1994 by the Mason Family after a lifetime of experience in dance. Their philosophy was to offer a professional dance competition for all ages and levels of experience and to support Children’s Charities, which it has done since its inception.  

The competitions take place in June and September each year and are programmed to encourage children who may be appearing for the first time and competitors who have not won a first prize through to championship level.    

Dance genres included are Classical Ballet, Contemporary, Lyrical, Tap and Musical Theatre styles.  Fully qualified local and interstate adjudicators are engaged to provide all competitors with individual reports on how to improve their performance skills with encouragement.
